I think the black sporran looks fine. It has an understated look, which I think is often good for business attire, particularly when you are trying to make a good impression. You can add a bit more flash, if you like, the next time you wear a kilt to work. I like all three options, though the brown sporran has a slightly rough or very casual look.
I also would not have noticed that you were wearing a casual style kilt, if you had not mentioned it, I guess because of the vest /waistcoat. Go for it!!

Number 1 would be my choice, with #3 a close second. Looking good in all of them though!
I wouldn't worry too much about the sgian dubh. We live in a free state, and if everyone at your work carries a blade anyway, I doubt it will even come up.

Though you have to admit it is much easier to add a sgian dubh later as he feels out his co-workers and manager's reaction to highland attire.

I like all three! I think #1 looks like a nice suit of clothes to wear. I like the blue shirt as well. Nice vest, you make it all look great.

I echo the above---all pics look terrific. Honestly, I think you have better fashion sense than I. I also have that same waistcoat and I love it, gets compliments with the kilt. For the record, I was just at a Scots wake (where most people came from the formal funeral) so saw lots of fine Highland dress choices. A number of people did have "Rob Roy" sporrans at that event, so I think your sporran is fine along with the rest.

All three look fine to me, but if it's possible, I'd like to see some red in your neck tie, just to bring out the red stripes in the kilt. As far as the Russian pocketwatch goes, I'd say if it looks good, wear it. It would be even better if you can get it running again.
All in all, this is a well-put-together kit. Don't be surprised if you wind up answering all sorts of questions all day, from "the question" to Sir Walter Scott to Scottish miltary history and everything in between. Good luck!

My bet is on: "....where are the bagpipes?" as the first question.

I like outfit #1 with a dash of Panache, but do you have a solid color necktie that highlights one of your kilt colors? This would serve to bring the whole outfit together. IMHO (honest) the top and bottom halves of the outfit seem to not be connected. This in no way detracts from the professionalism of the outfit.
