I own 18 kilts at this point.
I've worn a kilt every day since March 2006, if memory serves.

    Something's missing, though.

Just realized I don't have another on order.

The perfect way to put it. I'm not like many here, I only wear my kilts to special ocasions (though i do make up special occasions from time to time, like sporting events, hoilday parties and whatnot) But i'm still non-kilted the vast vast majority of the time. Given that, the 3(4) that I have seem more than enough, at least to keep me from spending a whole bunch more money, but it would certainly be nice to have a bunch more =P

If I counted right, I currently have 44 kilts. I am retired and a Full-time Kilt wearer. Grouped by type and in no particular order, other than how they currently hang in the closet.

    MacDonald Green
    MacDonald Red

Four kilts loaned out for the recent games (I think they are Wallace, Green Stewart, MacClaren, MacKensie)

Only three on Order right now.
A weathered tartan, but I forget the name from my kiltmaker Sir Wallace
New World Celts from Frugal Corner
Green Masonic Grand Lodge of Scotland

Over the years, three have been ruined and now reside in the rag-bag, six have been given away or premanently loaned, maybe six have been out-grown and disposed of in various manners, one was taken apart and converted into a plaid and another into a sash - and one wide apron sorta X-Kilt in progress, two doors down.

Wish list: Too long to list

Sixteen here!...ranging from SWKs to an FK and a PK plus a couple of UKs, a "Grody Goose"..and "heaven forbid... a Gold Brothers!!!" and 8 wool kilts of various weights and tartans including 4 handsewns. Since it was 106F yesterday, I will be sticking to the light weight ones and hoping for a few breezes for a while.

On most weekends and some evenings I can be seen in a kilt at least part time....and... every once in a while at work!!!!!
