Von's supermarket sells Bangers.
I am due for my Blood test this week (Cholesterol, post heart-attack stuff etc.) That delicious breakfast (minus the Black Pud.) posted here has probably shot me way past danger level just looking at it! (Sigh!) it looks simply delicious!
Marmite is Second Choice to Vegemite for Australians, but quite acceptable, also on Toast. Flapjacks & Treacle/Golden Syrup! (Be still, my silent heart!) :food-smiley-002:

<< Where did you find it? Black pudding to me is like haggis--a distinctive Scottish dish. >>
Here's the place. I was mistaken - it's in New Jersey, not New York....

potato scones and marmalade are nice additions. I am very lucky that I can get some good UK and back bacon (they don't call it chinese food in China either) and bangers locally from a number of shops. I love making a good fry up at least once a month.
Personally I can't stand strip bacon anymore. Even if the fat content is light, it just doesn't taste as good to me.
We also go for the following:
Eggs-over easy
back bacon
banger
baked beans
mushrooms
tomatoes
and either toast or potato scones.
If you really want to be authentic, when the toast is hot, put the butte ron and than put the toast in a toast holder. Nothing says real Scottish breakfast like cold buttery toast
