No reason to take chances now.
Good luck, waiting for the grand photos.
Hannibal. Not BA. But we do love it when a plan comes together.

Rapture No, Prom Yes! Last night Mark took four girls to the prom in dresses that he made. One of the girls was a stand in for another girl who couldn't make it, so she is wearing her own red dress.
Mark has a blast and looked stunning in his kilt and Prince Charlie! He decided he wanted to make a jabot to wear instead of a bow tie. He also made himself a boutineer (sp?), but one of the girls brought him one so he switched. She also gave him a present of a vintage pocket watch, one of his favorit assessories. Mark gave each girl a wrist coursage that matched her dress.
The group went to a nice little restaurant called the Beach House, overlooking the rocky shore in Laguna Beach. I wish I had pictures of the dance, but no one had a camera there.
I will post some pictures in the gallery.
Thanks again for all your support. The evening was a total success! Everyone loved Mark's kilt and he didn't get any negative comments from anyone. He felt very proud to wear it. He is looking forward to wearing the kilt to watch the Scottish games in Costa Mesa later this month.

Marks' Mom
First rule of xmarks-----no pictures, it didn't happen. We would all love to revel in Mark's and his dates' splendor, so please post some pics so we can all smile with pride as you must be right now, and `mark will each time he remembers the event for the rest of his life.

Pictures
Hi Forrester,
I'm still a klutz at forums, and I didn't know how to put the pictures in the text, so I put a few in the XMarks gallery today. There are four of Mark and the young ladies who went to the prom in the dresses he made. I haven't received the pictures from the moms of the girls yet but cannot wait to get more. The girls all loved their dresses and Mark said they had a great time. He danced the night away in the shoes you so generously provided for him and he said they were very comfortable. Thanks again!!
