i just got a complete formal 9 yard kilt with jacket and all the bells and whistles from them, the kilt took about 3 months they are really helpful and everything is extremely good quality, i think they did a wonderful job helping especially because i am pretty big and they did everything they could to accommodate for my size and getting me a jacket

Here's an earlier thread and there's another even earlier thread off of that in one of the posts.

Or, you can do a forum search for Linda Clifford, there were about 20 threads but didn't open them so not sure what you'll get.

Please be wary dear friends, of what is hearsay-gossip, vs 1st person experience. I researched all of the Linda Clifford Company (LC Co.) related posts here on XMTS and found only this second person recounting about the LC Co. to be detrimental, as in gossip. The author seems aloof for now.
Ideally, a more complete account of the episode would help us understand the story. Was the purchaser a skilled or inexperienced sewing machine operator. What was the dialogue from the LC Co.? In separate posts about the LC Co. on this forum are personal experience accounts in dealing w/LC Co. that are pleasant or at least more fairly purported. The fact that you can buy a well made 8 yard kilt for $495.00 makes the idea of the kilt kit impractical. Most people assume that they are saving a great deal of money by making it themselves. We took the customers cut material in on trade and worked with her to get her son a kilt.
This is a wholely self serving account to the detriment of the Linda Clifford Company{a morrison observation}
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?
