I'm now a recording artist!
I piped a funeral Thursday, after which the A/V guy who was filming for the family wanted me to come back in to the sanctuary and record a couple of the tunes I'd played for the DVD he was making for the family. Here they are; MP3's of "Ranger's Lament"; funerary lament of the 2nd Bttn, Royal Irish Rangers, and the Irish Catholic funerary lament "Londonderry Air/Go Silent Friend/Danny Boy".
For once nobody asked for "Amazing Grace"...

Way to go! Hearing yourself recorded regardless of the instrument is always neat!

Great Recordings! You'll have to get some happier ones before you go on tour;)
