NYC from the Brooklyn Bridge

It started out as a nice april walk over the Brooklyn Bridge by the time I turned around and went back into NYC the weather went bac to Feb. But her are some shots from the bridge.

I don't frequently get to appreciate the bridge because I'm more often driving over it like a maniac while avoiding the other maniac drivers.

It is a really beautiful bridge and I only took these two photos on my 2005 trip - I didn't get to walk on it but certainly will next time!

Neat photos. Cincinnati (well, technically, Kentucky) has a slightly older bridge built by the same guy who built the Brooklyn Bridge. It's considerably smaller, lacks New York's gothic flair, but uses the same suspension so it looks familiar. It has a civil war connection, for you history buffs.
