Did you know that kilt flashes are adjustable?
So I've been wearing kilts for about 8 years or so now. About two years ago I purchased my first kilt flashes. They fit great, i loved them. A few weeks ago I purchased another pair and I put them on and they were a little snug. I thought, "Oh my calves must be getting bigger, or these are just smaller flashes" (I know I'm not very bright some times). Anyways, I wear them for about 4 or 5 hours before I can barely feel my feet. The cirrculation had been cut off due to the tight elastic. I took them off and there was a deep imprint of the elastic around my calves, I had pretty much used them as a tourniquet. WHO KNEW THEY WERE ADJUSTABLE!?
So yeah, I just thought i'd share my dumb moment with everyone.

Calves?
I thought those things were used to hold shirtsleeves up whilst bartending….?!
Where did you get those good looking khaki flashes in the photo?

Some, not all, flashes are adjustable.
I have some flashes that don't need adjusting because they connect around using velcro.
