Congratulations! Wish I could say the same, I am not overburdened with creditors, but this probate issue has me going crazy. However, I am doing better.

I have discovered that the state of California does not have a statute of limitations on child support. So I am filing a claim against my deceased estranged fathers estate for $181,000.00 plus for money that he never paid my mother, and that is with a 10% annum penalty based on a $300.00 a month payment over 18 years, which I hope will override the Oregon Department of Human Services $102,000.00 debt against the estate. Wish me luck. I almost feel like Danny DeVito in Lethal Weapon I where he is explaining the money laundering process to Riggs and Murtaugh.
