Grrrrrr!!!!!

just stitches away from finishing the project I've been working on, and my only needle for my sewing machine bends. I'm working on a knife pleated kilt made out of about 5 yards of some cammo material I picked up a while back. I was going to sew it up months ago, but my moms sewing machine broke so I had to go out and buy my own. Anyways, this past week I found a bit of spare time to start and nearly finish my project, and my last needle bends on me when I'm sewing on the bottom of my back pocket. I've since decided to add a couple more belt loops to the front apron and maybe stitch the inside of the over apron pleat, but other than that the darn thing is done. I'm literally 10 minutes from completion, and haven't had the time to go get any new needles. Oh well. Anyways, I'll post a few pictures when its all done. This ones turned out fairly well; well better than my first attempt with the x-kilt a while back anyway.

For my next attempt I'm going to try hand sewing a 4 yard box pleated kilt out of some light green wool tweed I scored on ebay a while back. I've read Barbs book, but it doesn't cover box pleating, so I may be back asking for a little help when I start that project.
