Excellence in Customer Service - Celticstudio

Wanted to give a shout out to Louis at Celticstudio.
I asked him pretty much the same question as I asked on the Heraldry board about Clark crest kilt pins.
Whether or not the Cameron one was correct or if I should go with a "Clark of Camphill" one I found elsewhere.
Here was the (very quick) response:

    Hi Tony,
Yes, I have seen this one before. I can actually make that one if you wish but I can only do it in sterling silver and it would cost a little more. It would be $39.98, a pewter kilt pin but with a sterling silver crest.
Ooops, hold on.. I just researched this crest in both Burke's General Armory and Fairbain's Book of Crests and they both list this as for the name Martin. Martin is also a sept of Cameron. I do not think that this is the right one to use for Clarke.. I think you should stay with the Cameron crest which has long been recognized for Clarke.
    All the best
    Louis
He could have easily sold me on the expensive option, but gave me the extra information that allows me to go for the cheaper (and more correct) version!

Review of said Cameron Crest pin when it arrives.

Daft Wullie, ye do hae the brains o’ a beetle, an’ I’ll fight any scunner who says different!

On the other hand, should you have an unusual crest (e.g., Bannerman), Celtic Studio doesn't have may options other than to have it custom made in silver. That is an expensive option.

I have found this crest from other sources, but I don't consider it as nice as the product made by Celtic studio.
