    OK, one LAST TransPac post

My own little website about the race.

    http://hebertcmgm.stanford.edu/~alan...show/shtp.html

Be patient, the web server is running on my laptop.

Nor Cal Rabble, I'll bring the photo album to beer night. ..and the buckle. Cut me some slack if I pet it and clutch it protectively and utter the words "my precious".

I've tried a few times and I'm getting the dreaded error page.
I'll keep trying because it was a big deal and I'm interested in seeing more about it.

P.S. Did you ever manage to get another anchor pin after you lost yours?

Hmmm... interesting. I can hit it from another machine on campus. I'll have to fix that. Thanks Arlen.

As for the anchor pin...no. Not yet! I'm gonna have to search for another one!

Finally got to look at the site using the second page. It was great fund to read and see more about it. And I am still mightily impressed at your sailing skill.
Oh, and congratulations on finding another pin to bid on!

Sorry Alan I've not been able to get the link to work yet.
I will keep trying as I am keen to read all about your big Pacific adventure.
