Aldisimo's ressurection of an old kilted in jail thread got me to wondering if anyone has been arrested and jailed while kilted. On that thread Caradoc told of a guy he knew arrested and jailed in Phoenix while wearing a great kilt. I've been caught for speeding and given a ticket while kilted. Anyone been locked up as an inmate kilted, or know of someone who has?
