Oxford (UK) Kilt night?
OK guys. How about a drink in Oxford one evening?
Do you prefer weekdays or weekends?
Some possible dates from me...
Fri 24th October
Sat 25th October
Sun 26th October
Mon 10th November
Fri 14th November
Do any of those suit anyone?
Cheers,
Graham.

I am down in Gloucestershire, every now and then, it looks like 14th November could be ok for me. I will keep an eye on this thread!

Meet in Oxford
Great idea, Graham. Hamish organises a meet for Harpended Games, so I am sure there is room in the annual calendar for another event.
Any of those dates will suit me, so I will keep an eye on the thread. I am unabe to commit at the moment.

Monday the 10th would be best for me though I reckon I could manage any of the others at a pinch!

At this stage I was only proposing a pint or two in a pub - maybe it's a bit early to launch a new Highland Games!
All the best
Graham.

Actually, that is a good one for me too. Shall we fix that one for the moment?
How about meeting in a pub at 18:30 for a couple of hours? Ideally where we can, if we wish, grab a bite to eat afterwards if anyone wishes to do so?
Perhaps the Royal Oak, on the Woodstock Road, which I think has alcove bits where we can gather?
Over to you, guys...
Best wishes
Graham.

Might manage the 10th Nov (14th would be better for me).
Royal Oak is an excellent choice. Had many celebrations there.
