Sporran deliver question

Ordered a new sporran from Buzz kidder more than two weeks ago to wear with my new SWK Weathered Mackenzie.
Never recieved an e-mail to confirm the order but I know it went through.

Does anyone know how long it normally takes to recieve a sporran from them?

It would be nice just to hear from them by e-mail like so many others do when you make a purchase.

I wouldn't know, but how do you know 'it went through' for sure unless you talked to them? In theory, I use the same payment system as SWK, and I know if something was to happen to me, my website might still be up and running and able to take orders and payments, but no one but me can check it and process the orders. (The same would happen to SWK, but I think he had a backup plan, ie someone else that works for him, and even if not, it would be noticed quickly. but thats being a downer, eh?)

Call them, and ask. Never order from somewhere without a phone number.

I sure hope you get your order. I traveled to Bisbee, AZ a couple months back. Thought I would drop by for a visit if they had a store front, sent emails and never heard anything.

Crap, If I had realized that he was talking about that place, I would have been more cruel in my reply. Instead, he needs to call them, then his credit card, NOW.

I did a search here on the forum just to see what info there was which seemed positive as far as my search went. Perhaps, something has changed recently. Anyway, I am sure others who with more knowledge will post soon and things will sort out- I am sure most positively.

Most of what I had seen posted about Buzzkidder sporrans has been positive also and thats why I ordered from them.

As for calling my credit card bank,I can asure you if the sporran does not arive soon,this particular Bank will credit my account and proceed to remove it from thiers.

Tommie, I ordered a kilt from Buzz Kidder, this was quite a while back, and there was no Email confermation. The kilt did get to me without any trouble though. I don't remember how long it took, but it wasn't two weeks.

I prefer to have the Email shipping notice, but there are other kilt related on-line stores that do not do that either. Hope it all works out well. I also hope that Buzz Kidder isn't being mixed up with Kiltmart in this discussion because of their mutual Arizona location.

I have purchased from Kiltmart by phone and by actually going downtown to the store. With my phone order they actually cut shipping for me because it was local- which is why I called. I was buying flashes. They arrived in three days. I was hoping quicker, but no biggie. I drove down because I wanted to see what they had and to buy a balmoral hat. They seemed pretty well stocked, but it is not a great going concern- all in all not bad though.

Sorry about that, I was thinking of sathor's post. Buzz Kidder sporrans and kilts are sold through many different venders and stores; I don't know that they have a store front accessible to the public in that way.

I have certainly liked the look of Buzz Kidder sporrans myself- I hope this resolves favorably. So, Ted, I am curious- are there really outskirts in east Mesa or do you blend in with Apache Junction?
