    Wooden Ewe

Title got your attetion eh ? I borrowed it from my friends record label.

Wouldn't you know it, my Mom the quilter got a call from a local fabric store that went out of business saying basically: "Come and get it".
She loaded up her car with over 1000 yards of material - but none of it was wool or anything kilt-useful.
I told her she needs to befriend stores that deal in heavier fabric just in case ..

CT - I saw the rows of bolts she picked up, dang that's a ton of color

My bride had a business for a number of years making Priest's vestments, (until her arthritis got the better of her hands). I spent much of my spare time building in storage units to hold the fabrics and trims she bought by the bolt.

One of the fabric emporiums she frequented handed out bumper stickers which read; "She who dies with the most fabric wins!"

She still has quite a collection of fabric left, but none of it is tartan. (There are not, to my recollection, any liturgical seasons which require tartan. . . . darn it.)

Not a bit of it useful for X-kilts or pink death though for some reason there's a couple yards of black with flying pigs and the name Olivia on it ...
Most of the fabirc is too light for kilting (see? I learned somethig here).

I asked if she'd mind throwing a pillow case together out of it for my friend's daughter but I'm not sure what the deal is with the flying pigs ...

Flying pigs are found in and about Cincinnati Ohio.
