Show Us Your Leather Kilts
Went back over two years and can't find a thread of leather kilt pics. I know a lot of us have them and I know a lot of kilmakers make them.
So...why not a central thread to show the many varieties of leather kilts available to the rabble?
I have two. Both are made from thick leather - about the thickness of the leather used for baseball gloves.

My first was the Utilikilts Brown Leather - early model with just one hip pocket and challenging corset style lacing on the side...but it's expandable and perfect for an olde geezer with a spreading waistline. The UK leather has the same narrow apron that other Utilikilts do.

Also have a saffron leather RKilt but I choose to call the leather color "buckskin." Has lovely side cargo pockets and all sorts of bells and whistles to attach things to. It has a softer finish than the UK leather. And the RKilt leather kilt's apron is about 4 or 5" wider than the UK apron. This is the original RKilts model leather kilt. It also has the traditional three kilt straps to make the waistline adjustable.
I do have an eggplant colored leather RKilt on my wish list but don't know if it'll be the old model or the new Mach model yet. The leather for that is thinner than the model I have, based on the swatch Robert sent.
So, I know there are lots of other leather kilts out there from many kiltmakers...show me your pics.
