Contrary to the title of my last picture post, we have been to the Students Media Awards. My wife helps organise this with the student editor of the Universities weekly newspaper.
Firstly my wife informed me that she had decided to wear a skirt to the event. Secondly when we got there ALL the girls were wearing skirts/dresses. There were 41 girls and 79 guys. Out of all the guys there was only one Cilt/Kilt there ... that was moi.
It was a fab nite .. it was held in The Hilton Hotel and then there was a crazy party back in one of the bars in the students union after.
Heres some pics ... we took off early to watch the rugby on one of the big screens in a Lloyds/Wetherspoons Bar in town. Wetherspoons have got the worlds biggest beer festival going at the moment.

Ann and I stayed at the Cardiff Hilton when we had a Christmas shopping weekend in Cardiff in December 2005, it was superb.
