    Which Lamont Should Be PV?

    Guess thats the Question.

Lotta folks claim Lamont as their clan so which Lamont tartan would you like to see in Poly Viscous?

Modern, Ancient, Muted, Weathered, Dress or Heather?

You know...I'm part of Lamont (Being a Brown), and I've always felt it to be one of the more boring tartans. Go for an ancient or the heather.

I believe that the Lamont is a variant of Black Watch.

    Chas,
A bolt of tartan (the minimum for a run) is 60 metres, in Polyviscous. If we select one form of the tartan, and enough of us pony up the money, it becomes doable.

My vote is for the ancient first, weathered second.

A am a Brown also, and may have ties to Lamont, but have yet to prove it.

My advice to a question of this sort is, just go with what you like, as a kilt is as dressy as its accessories. If you can get what you want in PV, (and that is what you want, so much the better.
