    Retailer and product check

Has anyone used this retailer before?
Smoke and Fire Company. They are a living history and re-enactor store. Well i need a pair of Diced Hose and i may only wear them once. These are 100% cotton, but for a very doable price, only 20.00 usd. I am not sure how cotton kilt hose will hold up. Like i said I realy only need them for one night. I dont know if i am the diced hose type of guy. This will let me see if are right for me, with out dropping 2x or more the amount of money.

anyone have 2 cents / pence/ shekel they want to toss in to the pool here

While I have not bought anything directly from smoke-n-fire, a number of the re-enactors that I associate with have.

I've hard some mildly good things and nothing negative about them.

My mother has purchased from Smoke and Fire Company before. She's always been satisfied with her orders.

Smoke & Fire are fine folks and great to deal with. I have a pair of those all-cotton diced hose. They are thin and lightweight, but look fine and are perfect for your one-night gig....

Yeah, they are very lightweight. I saw a pair like them at a ren fest recently. They would be good for a costume, but not really for highland wear because they are so thin.
