Kilt night in Glasgow, West of Scotland
There never appears to be a kilt night for X-MARKERS in the Glasgow or West of Scotland area. Are any members up for a meet in the next few months?

It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

Me and some friends (9 guys all together) from work are going to scotland in 12 days. Most of us will be kilted and we will absolutly be up for some meet ups. We will arrive in Edinburgh wedensday night (17. March). At the 18. we head for Dumfries and our friend Robertson. Friday is the big pub crawl day in Dumfries. Saturday evening we will be back i Edinburgh.
If any of you like to join the "Viking Invation" (Thats what we call the tour) you are most welcome, just send me a PM.

unfortunately i'm off on holiday next week to Lanzarote or I would have enjoyed meeting your group, its a pity.
I think Paul we should wait and see how many are interested in a meet. We could alternate between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Do you think we could have these about 2 to 3 times a year at different venues?

I could be up for occasional kilt meets in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Regional Director for Scotland for Clan Cunningham International, and a Scottish Armiger.

I would say I’m up for it with plenty of notice, Glasgow and Edinburgh is a bit of a hike, But with good company I’m sure it’s worth it.
The hielan' man he wears the kilt, even when it's snowin';
He kens na where the wind comes frae,
But he kens fine where its goin'.

So has anyone a date in mind and venue, whether Edinburgh or Glasgow?
I'm off to Lanzarote until the end of the month so I would not be available until April but i suppose we want time to organise it.
What type of format would the night take?
