I was inspired by Tobus and Mike's hose dyeing,so I swung by Trash-Mart on the way home and grabbed a box of Navy Blue RIT. Dyed my cream hose first thing this morning, they just finished drying......

IDK about you guys, but they look a wee bit purple to me, may be my colorblindness......my family is mixed on that subject, some say blue (ladies), some say purple(guys)......oh well.....

Tell me what you think, so far everyone I have shown them too tells me they like the cream ones better....... (they aren't fellow kilties though, so when they say that white hose looks traditional, I repeat what
Macmillan says.....

I am really pleased with them, I especially like the way the wool fibers took the dye really dark, but the rest didn't so it has the handmade "heather pattern" look..
