With thanks to Walker K of the Nor Cal Rabble.

I'm pretty happy with that, now I need to work on getting even more extension and more hip action going.

Alan check this out--few years ago by Craig Smith. He's got some hip and leg into it--but not much--just a bit more than your video. This is the form I'm shooting for this year:

I just messages Mike Pockoski and got some tips and two drills to work on, regarding weight movement and focal points.
I watched a couple of Mike's video's on YouTube yesterday afternoon during some down time at work and noticed how hard he sticks his right hip when he releases the hammer. I also noticed how he works his way through the winds. So, late night before I went home, I took the 16 out on the field and tried to do what Mike does...namely, on each wind I progressively dropped my center of gravity lower, torqued harder, and then really slammed the hip on a big pull on the last one.
Result?
Of eight throws, none were less than 80, four roughly equalled my PR in that video, and two were out to 87-88 feet.
...And this is after a tough day in the weight room, doing hang cleans, etc. I think I'm gonna try this with a blade on my right foot...Heh, heh.
