Below are a couple of recent photos of how I tend to dress when going out, not always with a balmoral, but on this occasion yes. I try to dress in a traditional manner and would appreciate critque on my efforts.

    Thanking you in anticipation

It looks good to me. Thank you for wearing a tattersall shirt with a button-down collar. It's how I like to wear them.

Very Well turned out indeed. If I looked half that good, half the time, I would spend more time near people.

Very , very nice. I particularly like the sporran. You did a great job with it. The only suggestion that I would make is not work too hard to have your tie match the tartan of your kilt. Not sure that's what you've done, but it looks like it.

The only criticism I can make is that perhaps your lawn needs mowing.

Thanks Steve, you must have been talking to "she that must be obeyed" My excuse is that I am trying to corner the world market for dandelions

Thanks David, the sporran bag was actually given to me by a friend, it's one of the original buff bags that were attached to the MOD cantles and covered with blanco. It took me some time to get the blanco off then made 2 tassels made for the sides. As for the tie, I got it from an OP shop with the intent of wearing it with the Isle of Skye, but until I got it home didn't realise how close the colours were. Thought I would give it a go anyhow
