Here's the link: Auction
My posting the link is by no means an endorsement, however. This has to be one of the worst auction descriptions I have ever seen. No listing of colors, no description of the item (material, length, width, etc), and the picture is very poor! If they are similar/identical to those made by House of Chevoit, then it's indeed a great deal...but this is definitely a caveat emptor situation. Seller has positive reviews...but only 26 of them, which isn't much in the world of vendors on that site.
P.S. This post would be more appropriate in the "Accessorize Your Kilt" section

Yes it's an odd auction.
I would only bid if I knew that the colour I wanted is available.

I messaged the vendor about colour, length and width. This is their reply:
Okay, the colors are yellow, green, red and light green.
Length is 20?x1?. Hope that helps.
Strikes me that they don't really know what they are selling.

I had also sent a question to the seller asking what the dimensions of the garters were, as well as what the material was, and what colors were available. No response so far but it has only been about 12hrs so we will see what they say. I will post any information I am given for others.

Size and material have already been covered but I just found out what colors are available. They have them available in red, green, and yellow.

Did anyone here win the original auction (and outbid me!)? They've relisted more at a slightly higher starting price ($7 US) and they have a buy it now at $8 US.

I bought three pairs at $6.50, ea. I got the impression that the vendor is very new at running an ebay auction. You can only bid on one pair, and choose a color after you win the auction. At that point, you can also increase the number that you purchase. We were able to work out the number and colors (yellow, dark green, and light green), but the vendor had some real problems adjusting the invoice to cover three pairs. After numerous emails, the vendor ended up sending a separate invoice for the extra two pairs, and I then received a message from ebay telling me that my purchase had been shipped.
