Its good to see Sydnie and Bob, whom I had the pleasure of meeting two years ago at Ventura.

Bob and I attended on Saturday only but managed to meet up with a few old and new friends. Here we are (wish I had known about the "hat hair," I'd have kept the hat on myself!).

The skirt is my pilot for a true tartan skirt which I hope to have done in time for Ventura.

Bob and I flanking Mark (Sharkman) who found time from his duties at the Campbell tent to hunt us down. Blame my sister for the shadowed posing!

Bob with Ryan, an active duty Marine from Kentucky stationed at Pendleton. I gave him the XMarks URL so we might see him on the forum. He's also been invited to our clan picnic which is held on the beach at Pendleton. Ryan told us he had attended the Glasgow [KY] Games earlier in the season.

Here he is with Steve, a chaplain from the Twentynine Palms Marine base. I thought Steve was SkyPilot here but don't find that member name so I must be mistaken (no surprise there!). He had to return to base so couldn't join us for dinner.

When we did arrive at Hennessey's for dinner, we found David (Calico) and Jan already enjoying their first round on the patio. The four of us had a nice relaxing dinner and conversation to round out the day.

We enjoyed our time at the Games and hope to see all of you -- and more -- at Ventura!

It was really great to actually meet everyone. I alos was able find AcuteEnigma at the Sinclair tent but I forgot to ge a picture! Duh!!

It was a great time and I got to see quite a few friends and even some family members showed up.

Here a couple of a beautiful dirk that one of the Clan Campbell Trustes was wearing. It was originally a german hunting knife that made into a dirk and they did a fine job. The boars head goes along with the Clan Campbell crest which is a boars head.
