Great time at the GlasgowLand Games

    A beautiful 90 degree day
My better half and I mannng the MacLachlan Tent

New sporran from Stillwater. I didn't realize how high it was riding until I saw the pictures

A guy walked by in a MacEwan tartan kilt. MacEwan is a protected clan (or sept) of the MacLachlan Clan. So I flagged him down and said "hey you're one of us." It turns out it's was his pipe band's kilt of choice.
I hadn't checked the Glasgowland thread for a few days so I couldn't remember which tents the other xmarkers said they were so I had my wife look it up on her I-phone.
When she did she showed me a picture of the guy I was just talking to. So Cowher, I know we didn't introduce ourselves then but it was nice to meet you. Met Bluescelt at the Donnachaih tent and finally learned how to pronounce his clan's name.
I couldn't find the Macintosh tent so I missed RayMc. While I was away from my tent, my son said somebody came by and said he must be Mr. Meakin. He told him he was just watching the tent til I got back. I assume that was you tulloch.
Anyway, a very nice day at Look Park. It was a pleaseure meeting you Cowher and Bluescelt and I'm sorry I missed you other two guys. I'm sure the opportunity will present itself again.

Haha. You and Tulloch were two I wanted to see and thought I didn't. I saw everyone else. I'm glad to find I DID meet you.
When you flagged me down I was getting dehydrated. So I appologise if I was rushed or acted weird.
Next time we will have talk more.

I enjoyed meeting all who stopped by the Clan tent. There is always good conversation when XMARKERs meet.

I was present for the full days affair. I wasn't looking for anyone mostly because I missed the thread here and want expecting to see anyone but I bumped into cowher at the pub. Great park for the family and god time despite the low turn out. Cowher out was a pleasure.

Absolutely slowburn. It's funny because we meet and hit it off naturally and only found out that we were Xmarkers after the fact.
