Ghillies w/ Ghillie Flaps?

One further question: would these be worn on "regular" brogues?
The reason I ask is I have never seen laces worn with them (like the ghillies that lace up ones ankle).

They are "regular" brogues----with an added optional flap----they lace up exactly as any normal shoe.They are nothing like ghillies.
