I read on another recent thread that it is more traditional to not roll the cuff up more than twice, which would put the edge at or above the elbow...

Image #1 has the collar buttons done up. #2 they are undone and #3 does not have a button down collar. I take it you prefer for them to be buttoned, as in #1?
Of course, we now know from Jock that button down shirts are not traditional... my sheppard check shirt has loops under the collar tips rather than actual button holes, so maybe I should just remove the buttons?
