Critique my Summer Kilt Wear II

All this talk of waistcoats. I'm going to have to get myself a collarless shirt. I reckon that would work.

I like collarless shirts though I can only recall seeing pictures of Ancienne Alliance wearing one with a waistcoat. Granted, he looked good (as always) but how traditional is that sort of shirt for THCD? Does anyone else do it?

It definitely circumvents the problem that some people have with wearing a waistcoat and shirt without a tie...

Well, I don't think it is traditional at all, unless worn with a collar. I've always found the look of a neckband/collarless shirt to be incomplete until a collar is put on.

Here is my standard daily look. Happily, it is only going to hit the low 90's today.

Looks fine to me. I'm afraid that when the temperature goes up, for casual wear, the socks and shoes are discarded for sandals, I don't wear a belt and the polo is usually out rather than in. Not a pretty look especially with bow legs, so I'll not be posting pictures of that any time soon. I've always gone for comfort first with non-formal wear and with my proportions, it is not improved any with shorts instead of kilt.
