From what I've read the total number estimated to have been cleared over the century or so of the clearances, was a relatively small number of 150,000 people total (a lot from the districts they came from). They of course all didn't go to Canada, but the USA, Australia, New Zealand, England and of course the cities of Scotland took some.
This would be a comparatively small percentage of the immigrants of Canada
