    I believe Mexico City had a pipe band that went by St Patrick Pipes and Drums. I do know they did exist. You are not alone down there with the kilt wearing. Besides Galacia, Spain is very Celtic, so your Spanish roots could very well be Celt. Look up the name Carlos Nunez some time. He plays the Giata/giada or bagpipes. He's really one of the best pipers I've ever heard. Cheers.

    yes they still exist, i hope my roots are celt, so i have more pride in being kilted.
