I see you have decided on USA Kilts. I don't think you will be dissapointed. I have been very happy with my Semi-traditional. No experience with the casuals, but the PV fabric used in both is very nice, with a tight weave that can be easily dressed up or down. I used mine as the best man in a kilted wedding, and have gone hiking in it as well. It holds pleats well; I haven't needed to repress it yet, just steamed out some minor wrinkles from sitting on the pleats.
And as others have said, their customer service is excellent; questions are answered in a timely fashion, and they hold to their schedule.
