So far just local backyard games, based off real games but with lighter weights so that everyone can do it, then keep lifting, carrying, holding heavier weights until we find our limit

Planning on joining NAHA (cross between strongman and Highland game) this year. No chance of ever winning but I enjoy getting out and doing

DJ Satterfield came up with a great idea when he founded NAHA. It combines the 2 sports in a way that makes Strongman less intimidating than the NAS shows. I have a little insight into the 2 organizations, since I promote a NAS show every year and am the NAHA State Chair for NY. I love both organizations, but NAS has gotten so heavy that many guys just cannot compete. NAHA bridges the gap without making the Strongman aspect too light.
