If you were comfortable in making your own kilt, Fraser & Kirkbright stocks the Nova Scotia tartan.
If you are looking at buying, Pete (MacHummel) at Canadian Casual Kilts can get the Canadian tartans in wool.
Plus there are a few other professional kiltmakers (M.A.C. Newsome, Barb T., the Wizard, RockyR) and amateur kiltmakers (pick any six members at random  ) here.
Take a look around; there is definitely someone here who can help.
