Yikes...
My husband, my daughter and I went down to Richfield, Utah for the 4th. They have a parade culminating with a fair of sorts. My husband spotted a guy in a kilt, so I turned around and the guy walking by was wearing a Sportkilt.....but not just any Sportkilt, it was a mini kilt. Came to about mid thigh. 
I prayed right then that A) he wasn't regimental and B) he wouldn't come stand by us as it was windy and I was sitting on the ground next to my daughter's stroller. 
I know people have problems with wearing kilts too long but yikes!
