Last count was $333 million. Will that cover my part of the bill?

Coffee to go to bed with, an old Scots tradition, @ 0415 hrs. Tea arrives @ 0600, twenty minutes before breakfast!

Sounds like everybody's in agreement for purchase! Who do we trust to be the treasurer, who's gonna make the coffee (actually I prefer hot chocolate, thank you!), and y'all can have the bunks - I have my own tent. Next question, when does the chartered plane leave?

I will volunteer to be treasurer, so everybody start sending me your checks for $3277 made out to Jeffrey Foster---PM for address. It will be easier to keep the money all in one account under the treasurer's name in order to facilitate easier overseas transfers---this is how all big conglomerates do it I hear. Also I will volunteer to be the chief negotiator of price as I tend to drive a hard bargain with realtors. But then I get first choice of beddrooms---it is the feng shuei thing. I will bring the croquette set to the closing so there will be no delay in getting the games going once we move in.

Jock, you remind me of that kindly gentleman who helped me as a young man. He was the first of several that taught me what I needed to know to survive in my chosen profession. He was known by many names, however, to his face, we called him Drill Sargent.

    BH,
I too have many fond memories of that "kindly gentleman". I also have an equal number of fond memories of plans to facilitate his unpleasent, painful, and frequently obscene demise, I am sure you also have those memories to warm you on a cold rainy evening, all of us who have followed the "Profession of Arms" understand of what we speak.

    Weasel :ootd:

Sheep - you mean hose on the hoof.
If you see abbreviations, initials or acronyms you do not know the Xmarks FAQ section on abbreviations may help.
