My brother will not be seen with me if I am kilted. He just thinks it is too feminine! My wife and her family actually love the kilt. In fact I have got both my nephews (her sister's sons) kilted and they love it. Both wear them any chance they get. In fact one has become a member of XMarks. I don't even try to convince my brother that the kilt is part of our ancestry, he just won't hear it. His loss!
