I really do not believe that this thread is advertising

When an advertiser starts posting in a thread requesting kiltmakers, it borders on advertising.

Not that I have anything against the advertisers that have posted in the thread. Just saying.

If it is a recommendation from someone that used their services it is not an advertisement.

Barb Tewksbury - Beautiful and hand stitched
J. Higgins - (some machine stitching but quick and local)

Matt seems to be the only guy directly posting about his own work and that was in reply to the main post tentatively listing him as a possibility.

Perhaps a sticky is in order for the Advertisers sections listing this topic is in order? This is very useful info and this thread will surely get lost in the depths all too soon.

Well... I was meaning their posts haven't been blatant advertising... (I'm not YET an advertiser... I actually feel kind of honoured to be mentioned at all...)
