    Yes, you probably could. I am going to do further research to see if red ghillie brouge laces are actually available on the market. Also, my good friend and professional piper, Matt Pantaleoni of St. Louis, Missouri, travels to Scotland every summer to compete on the piping circuit. He is friends will P/M Gordon Walker, and last saw him at the 2009 Bratach Gorm piping competition in London. Matt typically sees him for several competitions whilst in Scotland; I'll be sure to remind him if he could ask Gordon where he got his red laces (and the entire style of shoe for that matter!)! I'm betting he probably made his as well, or had them made for him. I'll keep you posted mate!
