    I echo Matt's guess... MM Co. Crest Limerick. We've done a few kilts for dog show competitors... all Irish tartans. Co. Crest Limerick (considering it's in Philly, I would venture to guess this guy may be our customer), Co. Mayo, O'Neill, Ireland's National and Irish American. The O'Neill and Irish American were for the same customer...

    I think I remember this dog and handler from last year. He was kilted then too!
