    @ AFS...You would think that it does. The problem is in the raw ingredients. One of our band members works for the FDA and is also Clan Mackinnin and says they'll never import it because of the reasons I said. There's no way to make the organs sterile prior to kooking them...and I'd think pre-cooking would ruin it - or - making it al dente [as such] wouldn't really help...
    Of all the American versions of the "Great Chieftain", I know a number of expats that like the Caledonian Kitchen's version as a decent substitute.
