I have been making this recipe now for two years. http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/f...-haggis-55264/ Two Burns Suppers and two St Andrews Ceilidhs later no one wants to go back to Caledonian Kitchen.

Seems like quite a tasty recipie, but where is the horror factor that allows me to get extra helpings because first helpings have been refused by others?

I've solved that problem very easily. My wife will not eat haggis but she always gets a plate and passes it over to me!
