Great photos indeed! Scottish Terrier, aka, Bill, is a good friend of mine and a fellow Macpherson cousin - Bill, you look great my friend! Is that a muted colour scheme of the Macpherson red tartan you are wearing? Which mill is the tartan from and who may I ask made your kilt? Simply gorgeous...one of the best you own mate!
MacMillan's son, your tweed jacket and waistcoat is absolutely superb! Which tweed is it? And may I ask who made it? Everyone looks quite smart!
Cheers,

Very cool! And great memories as well! This was the very first games I attended...somebody came to DLI while I was there in the early 90's asking for volunteers to work the gates, etc.
There were many long breaks built in to allow us to wander the booths and exhibits and I was enthralled, to say the least!

Thank you Longhuntr74and MacMillian's son for the great photos.
I am really happy to see a great photo of your kilt rosettes in #1 post.
I have only seen them on old military kilts where they are pretty smashed and beaten.
Your picture helps me see what I am aiming for.

Tess...glad you like them. I used a lightweight tartan for them (11 oz) and the center button is made from one of those button kits. I posted better pictures and a tutorial here last year when I made them.
