    A food safety handling course is a good idea with any type of fowl.

    Xmarks is a great forum, serves a noble purpose, and has great folks members, admins, and mods.

    I have to agree with Fedgunner.

    There are plenty of forums to discuss the other. We need a place like xmarks.

    Phew, always feel so much better after a mini-rant.

    They allow neither view point. If I wish to argue such things there are many forums to do so.
