Seems like the best defense for the married guy is to be kilted himself. It removes the mystery aspect for your lady, in case there are wandering eyes involved - and who dosen't.

You have a good family, Hawk. Always nice to hear about them and your kilted adventures.

It is interesting though how some women seem to think that grabbing and peeking at a strange man (or asking him about his under-garments) is OK, and seem to adopt a "well he was wearing a kilt, he was asking for it" attitude. When the tables are turned, it's common knowledge that that isn't acceptable...
The last time I was out a very attractive and intoxicated young lady asked me what I was wearing under my kilt. Tired and annoyed at the redundant inappropriate questions about my under garments, I asked her "Well what are you wearing under your pants?" so he dropped her pants to reveal what she was wearing. My wife and I stood there with our mouths wide open in shock. Becareful how you react when your annoyed!

KILTS: they're cleavage for men!
And a skilled drunk lass can do a nice subtle kilt check with just an eyebrow.

I would like everyone to know that a cute young thing claimed to have looked under my kilt at the Queen Mary Highland Games.
I believe I was pulling the measuring tape for her Open Stone throw, at the time.
I have no means of verifying this claim, however. *sigh*
