An Accessory for the kiltie who has almost everything
While this accessory is not for everyone, it is something that I've wanted for a little while, thanks to ebay I was able to get it at a reasonable price. I've also got a wall plaque so fear not you will not see me at your local Wal-mart walking down the isles brandishing this and wearing a Great Kilt. So onto the photos of me with my Claymore.

Yes it's almost as scary as Jamie's "shrunken head."
Frivolity aside, that is a handsome sword, McMurdo! Congratulations.

That is a fly whisk!
You also completely failed to mention the gin and tonic that is the appropriate weapon for the off hand.
ith: Cheers

Bravo!!! Nice purchase. I'm a hearty supporter of claymores. I think everyone should have at least one. They may look impracticle, but actually they are very impracticle.
I happen to be the proud owner of this clamshell hilted claymore from Armour Class of Scotland. It's 55" and 5.5 lbs. of fun (and, yes, I have used it. Just not in the way for which it was originally intended)...

I like that clamshell claymore, is that anthropomorphic short sword next to it yours as well?
I've got a small collection of stage / repro sword blades... but now i'm working on making all my own. I think i'm getting to the point where my blade making skills are sufficient to start working on some swords.
