    That's Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart...to you...note that the good Dr must ask the Brigadier what his unbifurcated garment is...it makes great sense that the Dr's bonnet would be unjocked if he doesn't even know what a kilt is...I'd say the continuity department earned their stripes this once...although in the series on the whole the continuity department seemed to be smokin' joe in the back alley nearly all the time...

    I am a little puzzled as to why the Doctor would ask the Brigadier what he was wearing given that, in a previous incarnation, he had Jamie as a kilted companion!
