I have
I just got my order from them today. I ordered a chrome cantle sporran. I am in the process of inspection but the early returns says that while it is not on par with say L & M or a hand made one it is okay for around 40 dollars including shipping.
Slainte,
Rev.

I'm really thinking about some of those $35 Glenfinnan shoes. But have not pressed the button yet...

As I said it seems to be a good product for the money. I do regret that I failed to mention the belt and buckle. While to small to fit it is a nice belt with good leather and the bucle looks nice.
Slainte,

P.S. Mr. Ahmed, As I told you when I ordered it I will give an honest review of your porduct on X-marks. It does me no good to bury you or your product with others who may be looking to buy from you. I thank you for the product and the service as I said I have not had a chance to really look it over but it looks like it as good as any other sporran in it's price range.
You also asked if there was anything you could do to help with your service the only thing I can suggest is that you not call the customer every day you WILL lose people that way.
Slainte,
Rev.

I am leaning towards a pair of Culloden buckle shoes. I m worried about them not fitting though because I have picky feet. It mght be tricky to send them back for anoher pair.

Ok the prices here REALLY look appealing, but man am I concerned about quality and service too. I guess the only way to find out is to order something and see. I'll look at getting something then post a follow up here.

I did a negative review several weeks ago after ordering, having my papypal account charged hearing nothing for 6 weeks, getting no replies from them to multiple emails, then after exhanging info on their chat line had customer service tell me that they could not help me find out anything about my order (now that is what I needed from customer service---absolutely NO service). At that point I pulled the plug and asked for a cancellation of my order and reimbursement from Paypal. Paypal took a couple weeks to investigate and then refunded my money. Pure frustration and a waste of my time, regardless of how good their prices look. At least I am not out my costs, though.

Some encouraging news
Shortly after they introduced themselves on line, I did a small order just to test them out. Just a black balmoral bonnet, and a pair of Glenfinnian shoes.
The first item was stock probably but I expected the second item to be special order since it is in a large size. Order was placed on 29 May.
Two days ago, after making an inquiry on-line for the status, I received a notice the items have been shipped.
Now to wait and see how long it takes to arrive. And then what kind of quality and fit the items are.
So the jury is still out on my part.
