Great Highlandwear
Has anyone had any dealings with this vendor? Their prices are very low (too good to be true....). Please let me know

Interesting. As to the prices you have to keep in mind that the goods are made in Pakistan, including the wool. They are quite up front about it. You never know what you are going to get from a company that sells the "Gardan" tartan. I'd be interested in reading a review one day.
Best regards

I think if you visit their "About Us" part of the website, you will find out all you need to know about the origin of their products. At least they are not disguising the origin. Some of the bonnets and sporrans look similar to the ones available through glengarryhats.com. Those are actually of good quality and have gotten good reviews here.

Many of their products are the same, I noticed some of their doublets were the same as well. I have purchased some items made in Pakistan and have been pleasantly surprised, one does need to be careful. Mind you I have also purchased some from Scotland and been disappointed. Caveat emptor!

That last statement is very true. You can't just rule them out because of where their products come from. As the saying goes "Let the buyer be....."
Their caps and Tams do look the same. I too would be interested in a review.
I may even buy a Tam just to see how they fair!

Does anyone else think it strange that they put the dollar sign ($) after the price, like this 12.25 $, instead of in front of it, thusly: $12.25?

When given a choice, most people will choose.

As I posted above I'm still going to order a new Tam, not sure yet just which one. I bought a new Black Watch Tam at the Savannah Games, maybe I can find one for my New Irish National Kit, I already have a Green Baret, but a new
Bottle Green Tam would be grand looking.
